Market Linkers have a clear growth path, that's what we tell and promise new candidates. But we show that it doesn't just stop at promisers by paying attention to our internal promotions. The most recent is the step of Remon Lustenhouwer and Jan Dijkmans to partner, and thus co-owner of Marktlink. Jan Dijkmans has been part of Marktlink since 2009 and together with partner Vincent Pastoor he was responsible for setting up the M&A pearl of the south: Marktlink Den Bosch. He started at Marktlink as an intern and can therefore call himself a partner since July 2019. “You are in control here. Starting as an intern 10 years ago and now ready for the future as a partner,” says Jan. Jan has experience in completing dozens of transactions, many of which are in the flex/secondment industry. He also shared his knowledge and vision about this sector in a special in the Marktlink Magazine of H1-2019. The same goes for Remon Lustenhouwer. Since 2012, Remon has been part of the largest M&A boutique for SMEs. Like many Marktlinkers, he started straight from school as a junior consultant, then still called an analyst. “I could never have dreamed that seven years later I could join as a partner and co-owner. I look forward to the continued growth of this wonderful company.''
