Opening a permanent office in Madrid did not feel like a bold leap. It felt like the right moment to build.

This step comes at the right moment in my career. Over the years, I have built strong relationships with entrepreneurs and seen what they need during transformational moments. One thing has always been clear to me: trust is the foundation.
Success is not defined by transactions alone. It is about building something that lasts, with clients and with the team. A team that takes ownership, develops its own network, and feels proud of what we are creating together.
Being entrepreneurial means owning both strategy and execution. Making choices, testing them in practice, and taking responsibility for the outcome, day by day.
We are not starting from zero. We bring decades of M&A experience, a strong platform, and a European network. At the same time, we have the freedom to build something new, in a way that truly fits Spain and its entrepreneurs.
