In this role, you will manage the financial administration of our investment funds and ensure high-quality reporting and compliance with regulations. As our portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic about taking on additional responsibilities.

Your responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements;
- Reviewing accounting activities, including accruals, interest calculations, sales bookings, movements in investment properties, lease incentives, intangible assets, and service charge reconciliations in accordance with Dutch GAAP and IFRS;
- Preparing and reviewing distributions and capital calls;
- Preparing and reviewing cash flow statements;
- Preparing client-specific periodic (fund) reports;
- Coordinating CIT and VAT filings;
- Preparing audit files and assisting with statutory audits;
- Following up on and coordinating client-specific accounting and/or fund-related requests;
- Managing relationship contacts regarding internal and external matters.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Knowledge of Dutch GAAP;
- ACCA certification is a plus;
- 2–3 years of experience in fund accounting or financial services, preferably in fund management;
- Strong understanding of fund administration, including NAV calculation processes and regulatory requirements;
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills;
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive and collaborative approach;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
