Jouw doel bij Marktlink is helder. Je leidt het development team en bouwt tegelijkertijd actief mee aan betrouwbare en schaalbare software. Je combineert people leadership, technische expertise en procesverantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat onze development-inspanningen aansluiten op de behoeften vanuit de business.
Samen met de Tech Lead en Product Owner bepaal je de technische richting, verbeter je developmentprocessen en help je onze engineeringcapaciteiten verder te professionaliseren. Bij Marktlink doe je het natuurlijk niet alleen. Je coacht developers, verbetert de manier van werken en zoekt continu naar slimmere technische oplossingen.
Your responsibilities
- Leiden en coachen van developers in hun persoonlijke en professionele groei;
- Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van interne platformen en applicaties;
- Samenwerken met Tech Lead en Product Owner;
- Zorgen voor de juiste balans tussen snelheid, kwaliteit en schaalbaarheid;
- Verbeteren en borgen van agile developmentprocessen zoals Scrum, code reviews en CI/CD;
- Uitvoeren van code reviews en developers ondersteunen bij complexe technische vraagstukken;
- Bewaken van technische kwaliteit en performance van systemen;
- Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van software, processen en samenwerking;
- Meebouwen aan de professionalisering van het development team.
Your profile
- HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau;
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in development of vergelijkbare rol;
- 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol;
- Sterke ervaring met agile methoden zoals Scrum of Kanban;
- Hands-on development ervaring met PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Vue of vergelijkbaar;
- Ervaring met CI/CD-processen;
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met technische en niet-technische stakeholders te werken;
- Ervaring met het coachen en begeleiden van developers;
- Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en pragmatische mindset;
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
- Ervaring met Microsoft Azure;
- Ervaring binnen product- of platformteams.

For M&A Professionals a finished masters degree in finance or equivalent education is mandatory. For all the other positions please take a look at the requirements per job.
