Your goal

Do you see viral formats where others only see a post? And do you instinctively grab your phone to film, edit, and publish content on the spot? Then this role is for you.

Marktlink is the leading M&A advisor for entrepreneurial Europe. Together we are building a strong, recognizable brand driven by ambition and entrepreneurship. To strengthen our social presence we are looking for a Social Content Marketeer who lives on TikTok and knows all the latest trends.

In this role you will be responsible for producing social-first content. You are visible, hands-on, and have a strong feel for what works on each platform.

Your responsibilities

You create and produce social content: posts, carousel, reels, stories, and shorts for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok;
You seamlessly switch between filming, editing and publishing;
You think in formats and series: recognizable content that builds brand and engagement;
You play a key role during major moments such as GP Zandvoort and our 30th anniversary celebrations, bringing Marktlink to life behind the scenes;
You translate our culture and ambition into strong employer branding content;
You analyze performance and continuously optimize based on data and trends;
You work closely with an ambitious and creative content and marketing team.

Your profile

At least 2 years of experience in social content creation within a B2B/B2C or business environment;
Hands-on experience with video: filming, (basic) editing, and subtitling;
Strong creative mindset with a focus on formats, hooks, and storytelling;
Excellent command of Dutch and English;
Proactive, energetic, and entrepreneurial;
Experience with tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, and Premiere Pro.
A solid understanding of social media algorithms and platform dynamics.
