Your goal
Your responsibilities
- Bijdragen aan het opstellen en controleren van juridische documentatie;
- Ondersteunen bij juridisch onderzoek en transactiedocumentatie;
- Voorbereiden van closing- en signing-documenten;
- Samenwerken met Legal Counsels, consultants en externe adviseurs.
Your profile
- Masterstudent Rechten met affiniteit voor ondernemings- en contractenrecht;
- Analytisch, zorgvuldig en verantwoordelijk;
- Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels;
- Voor minimaal 2 maanden beschikbaar, 5 dagen per week (minder in overleg);
- Woonachtig in regio Amsterdam. We spreken je ook graag als je woonachtig bent in de regio Rotterdam of Deventer.
