Your goal
You will work on diverse and challenging financing transactions that require analytical insight, commercial thinking, and strong execution skills. You’ll support clients in navigating acquisition financing, refinancing and restructuring processes. All within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll gain real responsibility from day one.
Your responsibilities
- Support clients in arranging acquisition financing, refinancings and restructuring processes.
- Conduct financial and company analyses, assess capital structures and support decision-making with well-founded insights.
- Assist in the preparation of complex financial models, financing memoranda and management meetings.
- Participate in client meetings, lender negotiations and transaction structuring discussions.
Your profile
- A master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Native Dutch fluency and strong command of written and verbal English.
- Excellent analytical thinking, with financial modelling skills considered a plus.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative spirit, proactive mindset and drive to succeed
