Your goal

At Marktlink we are seeking a Payroll Specialist for our office in Deventer. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll for our Dutch entities and supporting our international payroll activities. You will work closely with our current payroll expert and will report directly to our Head of Accounting and Reporting. Your role will contribute to a scalable and hassle free payroll structure for the future.

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare the payroll for all Dutch entities;
  • Review payslips prepared by foreign payroll providers;
  • Prepare financial entries related to payroll;
  • Review and book employee expense claims;
  • Optimize and professionalize payroll processes.

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 3–5 years of relevant experience;
  • You have hands-on experience with Dutch payroll for multiple entities;
  • Experience with AFAS is a plus;
  • A PDL is a plus;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English;
  • You communicate professionally and are flexible when priorities change;
  • You are proactive, accurate, and not afraid to ask questions.
