Your goal

Your responsibilities

  • Calendar Management;
  • Email Management;
  • Supporting HR activities for direct reports;
  • Travel & Expense Management;
  • Relationship Management;
  • Actively involved in meetings and ensure clear follow-up;
  • Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects and manage daily priorities.

Your profile

  • Academic working and thinking level (WO equivalent); 
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional environment; 
  • Independent, well-organized, and able to perform under pressure;
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English; 
  • Strong in planning, switching gears, and setting priorities; 
  • Genuinely interested in investing; 
  • Discreet, professional, and an excellent communicator; 
  • Available for 32–40 hours per week.
