Your goal

As we enter the next stage of rapid growth, we are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our leadership team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of Marktlink by driving our people strategy and ensuring we are fully equipped for international expansion.
 
As our CHRO, you will be at the forefront of scaling our people strategy to match our ambitious growth. With the goal of expanding from 340 to 1,000 employees across several international markets, your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that our HR functions and culture grow in line with our business goals. You will work closely with our executive team to align the people strategy with organizational goals.
 
Leading a diverse team in HR, Learning & Development, Policy & Reward, Recruitment, Facility, Front Office, and IT Support, you will ensure that we have the talent, culture, and systems in place to support our scaling ambitions.

Your responsibilities

The CHRO will oversee all HR-related processes and ensure alignment with the Marktlink and business strategy. In this role you will lead:
  • recruitment & scaling: develop and implement HR strategies that support our growth from 340 to 1,000 employees;
  • hr-leadership: provide strategic hr advice to our leadership team;
  • learning & development: drive change management and continuous improvement across the whole organization;
  • culture & employee engagement: promote a high perfomance culture and be at the forefront of diversity and inclusion;
  • team building: lead a team over several professionals across HR, L&D, P&R, Recruitment, Facility and Front Office;
  • organizational development: drive and develop scalable international HR policies;
  • compliance & risk: ensuring compliance with international employment laws.

Your profile

  • 10+ years experience in a lead HR role;
  • Preferably experience within a partner structure;
  • Proven experience as a CHRO or senior HR executive in a fast-growing, international environment;
  • Background in professionalizing an international scale-up;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies;
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance;
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams in an international setting;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
