Your goal

Your responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team;
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices, sales invoices, payments, and receipts;
- Act as the first point of contact for the AP/AR team on process-related and content-related questions;
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes, propose improvements, and implement them together with the team;
- Coach, support, and empower team members;
- Collaborate with the Head of Accounting and help drive professionalization within our Finance department.
Your profile
- A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in Finance, particularly in Accounts Payable and Receivable;
- Fluency in Dutch and English;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to connect, listen, and lead;
- A hands-on, structured way of working combined with the flexibility to adapt;
- Proactive, process-minded, and eager to improve ways of working.
