It is generally known thath a diversity of thoughts and perspective drives innovation and creative problem solving. It also drives customer centricity: how can we understand the motivation, wants and needs of the total SME entrepreneur market (male and female) if we don’t have that represented amongst ourselves?

It opens much wider talent pools and the return on investment in the early careers of our female colleagues is much higher.
