Your goal

Marktlink Capital has secured over 800 million in investments and is soon to welcome over 1000 participants to our thriving community. Are you a legal student with a passion for due diligence and an eagerness to contribute to the dynamic world of Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC)? Then don’t wait too long and apply!

Your responsibilities

  • Assist with the screening of Investors and their related parties;
  • Assist with the preparation and finalization of Subscription Agreements for Investors;
  • Assist with the preparation of Investor Acceptance Forms in accordance with our policies and procedures;
  • Assist with the finalization of fund closing documentation;
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as assigned from time to time by the Compliance Manager.

Your profile

  • You are pursuing a Masters’ degree in law;
  • You have an interest in the field of anti-money laundering and would like to further expand your practical knowledge;
  • You have good organizational and problem-solving capabilities;
  • You are able to work independently as well as within a team;
  • You are a Dutch native speaker and have a strong command of the English language.

Are there any special requirements for working at Marktlink?

For M&A Professionals a finished masters degree in Finance is mandatory. For all the other positions please take a look at the requirements per job.
