Klaar om jouw juridische kennis tot leven te brengen? Als Stagiair Legal bij Marktlink werk je mee aan echte deals en ontdek je hoe ondernemerschap en recht samenkomen. Je ondersteunt het Legal team bij fusies en overnames en krijgt volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen in een omgeving vol energie en ambitie.

Your responsibilities

  • Bijdragen aan het opstellen en controleren van juridische documentatie;

  • Opstellen van achtergrond analyses, en het verzorgen van een presentatie over jouw bevindingen;

  • Ondersteunen bij juridisch onderzoek en transactiedocumentatie;

  • Voorbereiden van closing- en signing-documenten;

  • Samenwerken met Legal Counsels, consultants en externe adviseurs.

Requirements

Your profile

  • Eind bachelor of Masterstudent Rechten met affiniteit voor ondernemings- en contractenrecht;

  • Analytisch, zorgvuldig en verantwoordelijk;

  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels;

  • Stage van 2 maanden, 5 dagen per week (minder in overleg);

  • We zoeken bij voorkeur iemand die per direct kan starten. We horen ook graag van jou wanneer het voor jou goed zou passen;

  • Woonachtig in regio Amsterdam.

Are there any special requirements for working at Marktlink?

For M&A Professionals a finished masters degree in finance or equivalent education is mandatory. For all the other positions please take a look at the requirements per job.

Does Marktlink offer a relocation package?

Regrettably, we currently do not offer any relocation packages.

Does Marktlink provide IND sponsorship for positions?
