Your goal

At Marktlink, we work alongside entrepreneurs during some of the most important moments of their lives: selling or growing their businesses. As our organization continues to grow internationally, technology plays an increasingly important role in how we work.

Your goal is simple: build and improve the technology that helps our teams perform at their best. You will develop and optimize internal platforms and applications that support our M&A processes. By translating operational needs into practical technical solutions, you help make our organization more efficient, scalable and future-ready.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and improve internal applications that support our deal teams and business processes;

  • Build new features and functionalities that make our systems smarter and more efficient;

  • Translate ideas and operational challenges into practical technical solutions;

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from different teams to understand their needs;

  • Contribute to system architecture, performance and security improvements;

  • Maintain high coding standards through testing, reviews and documentation;

  • Support IT projects that help further digitalize and scale the organization.

Requirements

Your profile

  • 3–4 years of experience working with complex software environments (e.g. ERP or e-commerce systems);

  • HBO or WO level of thinking and working;

  • Experience with PHP and Laravel (or similar frameworks);

  • Experience with Node.js or another JavaScript framework;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Meilisearch;

  • Experience with Azure or other cloud environments.

Are there any special requirements for working at Marktlink?

For M&A Professionals a finished masters degree in finance or equivalent education is mandatory. For all the other positions please take a look at the requirements per job.
