Your goal
You are an M&A professional with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to move beyond pure execution and develop into an independent dealmaker. At Marktlink, you take on meaningful responsibility from day one and work towards building your own entrepreneurial track within three years. This ambition is deeply embedded in Marktlink’s DNA.
You will be part of a deal team that executes transactions from A to Z, working project-based in a compact team setting with multiple entrepreneurs and assignments in parallel. From the start, you are closely involved in all phases of the transaction process, with responsibility increasing step by step as you are trained towards becoming a fully independent deal captain.
You combine solid financial skills with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine interest in entrepreneurs, the core clients of Marktlink. At Marktlink, you are not just a link in the chain, but actively doing business and creating impact from day one.
Your responsibilities

Performing company and market analyses;
Preparing valuations and bid books;
Meeting potential buyers and sellers;
Approaching new buyers and sellers;
Expanding and maintaining the (Marktlink) network;
Preparing financing applications and solving financing issues;
