As an M&A Director in Marktlink’s Hamburg office you will play a pivotal role in our continued rapid growth as a leading full-service M&A advisory firm.
You will be instrumental in growing Marktlink’s presence in the German market, leveraging your established network and building new relationships across a diverse range of industries. In addition to driving deal origination and execution, you will take a proactive role in leading and mentoring the team, fostering their development, and contributing to the firm’s dynamic and high-performing culture.

Your responsibilities
In this role, you will drive business growth, manage major deals, and support building a high-performing team for our Hamburg office. Your key responsibilities:
Cultivate and expand your professional network: Generate new leads, and drive business development activities to secure new clients and deals.
Oversee the full transaction lifecycle: Managing every stage of the deal process from initial contact through the preparation and execution phases to a successful closing.
Grow and lead your own deal team: Providing strategic and technical guidance and hands-on support to ensure successful deal execution.
Build and maintain prospect and client relationships: Acting as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with entrepreneurs and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives: Proactively driving strategic initiatives which contribute to Marktlink’s ambitious growth strategy in the Hamburg and wider German mid-market.
