Your goal
As an IT Support Officer, you make sure everything IT related works. For your colleagues, for our systems and for our growth across Europe. You are the first point of contact for any IT-related question and ensure issues are solved quickly and properly.
You work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands and support our colleagues across Europe. At the same time, you think about how we can scale and improve our IT operations. You are close to the business. You see what is happening, where things can be improved and you take action. Not waiting, but doing. This is how you help colleagues move forward and contribute to building a growing international organization.
Your responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for IT support and questions;
Register, track and follow up on support requests;
Resolve IT issues independently, both on-site and remote;
Identify recurring issues and improve structural solutions;
Set up, maintain and optimize workstations and meeting rooms;
Manage and distribute hardware such as laptops and mobile phones;
Create user accounts and manage access and applications;
Support day-to-day IT operations;
Ensure colleagues can work without disruption.
