Your goal

For our team in Amsterdam, we are looking for an Internal Communication Intern who wants to contribute to strengthening connection, engagement and information flow within our organization.  Are you a strong communicator with a feel for organization and company culture? Do you want to learn how communication can truly make a difference in the workplace? Then we have a great internship opportunity for you! 

As our new Internal Communication Intern, you will support our Communication Specialist with a variety of tasks. From creating intranet content to organizing internal events, you’ll help ensure colleagues stay informed, engaged and connected.

Your responsibilities

  • Collecting, writing and publishing content on our intranet.

  • Editing and distributing the internal newsletter.

  • Supporting the organization of internal events (location, logistics, presentations).

  • Creating content for employer branding and employee engagement.

  • Assisting with communication related to core values and organizational culture.

  • Preparing and supporting townhall meetings.

  • Contributing to the internal annual report (if within the internship period).

  • Researching AI tools for internal communication.

Requirements

Your profile

  • You have a university of applied sciences (HBO) or academic (WO) level of thinking and are pursuing a degree in communication, media or a similar field.

  • You are available from February 2026.

  • You are available at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 5 months.

  • You write clearly, flawlessly and engagingly in English.

  • You are independent, proactive and love to organize.

  • Experience with SharePoint, Canva or PowerPoint is a plus.

Are there any special requirements for working at Marktlink?

For M&A Professionals a finished masters degree in finance or equivalent education is mandatory. For all the other positions please take a look at the requirements per job.
