Your goal
Als HR Business Partner voer je actief het HR-jaarplan en bijbehorende initiatieven uit om strategische doelstellingen binnen onze kantoren te realiseren. Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor collega’s op alle niveaus en bent een essentieel onderdeel van het HR-team. Hoewel iedere HR Business Partner specifieke projecten en focusgebieden heeft, staat samenwerking centraal in ons team.

Your responsibilities
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor de verdere groei van de Nederlandse en UK kantoren;
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor alle HR-gerelateerde werkzaamheden op jouw locaties, inclusief personeels- en arbeidsrechtelijke zaken;
- Samenwerken met het HR-team aan diverse HR-projecten;
- Proactief inspelen op interne en externe ontwikkelingen en zowel gevraagd als ongevraagd advies geven;
- Actief uitdragen van het HR-beleid en zichtbaarheid behouden binnen de organisatie;
- Uitbouwen en onderhouden van interne en externe netwerken;
- Reizen naar UK locaties in overleg!
Your profile
- HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Vloeiend in Nederlands & Engels;
- Minimaal twee jaar relevante ervaring als HR Business Partner;
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden, oog voor cijfers en goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Enthousiasme voor alles wat met HR te maken heeft;
- Van nature competenties zoals integriteit, organisatiesensitiviteit, resultaatgerichtheid, initiatiefrijk en coaching;
- Beschikbaarheid van 32 tot 40 uur per week.

For M&A Professionals a finished masters degree in Finance is mandatory. For all the other positions please take a look at the requirements per job.
