Do you get energy from attracting top-talent and building new teams from scratch? Here's your chance. Due to our ambitious growth, we are looking for an innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist who is always on the hunt for exceptional talent.
Together, with the International Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, TA Specialist and other colleagues you will support our (inter)national offices. We will be opening several new international offices in 2024 and 2025 and years to follow. So, your help and ideas are greatly appreciated!
In this role you will build strong partnerships with our hiring managers to drive the full cycle recruitment process. To attract talent, it's important to pro-actively reach out to potential candidates. Sourcing and events are therefore crucial in this role. Together with the team and hiring manager you will develop a recruitment strategy and build the employer brand of Marktlink.
Your responsibilities
- Drive and manage the recruitment process from start to finish (including, sourcing, screening, selecting interviewing, feedback and offer process);
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system (Personio);
- Building a diverse pipeline of international candidates;
- Provide a top-notch candidate experience;
- Development and maintenance of career site;
- Employer branding, community building;
- Supporting various international recruitment activities, such as in-house events, external events and guest lectures;
- Work closely with the HR team on several projects (DI&E, Sustainability etc.).
Your profile
- HBO-level education and thinking;
- At least two years of experience in a recruitment role;
- Fluency in Dutch & English;
- Proactive, eager to learn and capable of solving complex matters;
- Experience in working with an ATS (preferred);
- Enthusiastic to help further scale Marktlink as top employer;
- Availability for 32-40H a week.
