Marktlink Capital is a Private Equity & Venture Capital (PE & VC) Fund Manager based in the Netherlands, with headquarters in Amsterdam. We offer entrepreneurs and private investors access to the best PE & VC funds. Marktlink Capital currently has a team of over 30 professionals and manages over EUR 1.9 billion in capital commitments. This capital comes from over 1,500 investors who have collectively invested in over 100 PE & VC funds.

Due to our strong growth, we are immediately looking for a Senior CDD Analyst to enhance our compliance framework and investor due diligence, based in our newest office in CitySide Amsterdam.

As a Senior CDD Analyst, you play a pivotal role in reinforcing our compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding our investment processes. You are the key intermediary between our firm and its investors, ensuring that all due diligence is performed thoroughly and efficiently. You keep internal stakeholders informed of any potential risks or compliance issues related to our investors, allowing them to focus fully on managing and expanding strong, secure investment relationships.

Please note that due to the holiday season, the interview process will begin from the 6th of January 2025.

Your responsibilities

  • Perform due diligence checks on investors in feeders and fund-of-funds, collect and verify relevant documentation.
  • Prepare and review Subscription Agreements for investors in feeders and fund-of-funds as required.
  • Communicate directly with investors and be the first point of contact for onboarding and periodic review-related matters.
  • Prepare and keep up-to-date Investor Acceptance Forms and Investor Review Forms in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely screening of investors and their related parties in Refinitiv WorldCheck 1.
  • Ensure that investor profiles in the online portal are up-to-date and complete.
  • Assist with fund closing processes, prepare and review corresponding documentation as required.
  • Assist with recurring regulatory filings such as FATCA CRS and perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the General Compliance / Operations Manager.

Your profile

  • You have a Masters’ degree in law;
  • You have 3-5 years of CDD-relevant work experience;
  • You have a great sense of responsibility, and you take ownership of your work;
  • You have a natural tendency to be curious and think outside of the box;
  • You are a great communicator with a strong team spirit;
  • You have an analytical and critical mindset;
  • You are able to work independently;
  • You are a Dutch native speaker and have a strong command of the English language.
