Your goal
Your responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to SME entrepreneurs, guiding them through the exit preparation process;
- Lead consultancy projects focused on improving operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic positioning to maximize company value;
- Conduct in-depth analyses of clients’ businesses to identify opportunities for optimization and value enhancement;
- Collaborate with the client and internal teams to develop and implement tailored exit strategies;
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior, medior and/or senior consultants involved in project execution;
- Deliver workshops, masterclasses, and presentations to educate clients on exit readiness;
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and expertise.
Your profile
- Experience in consulting, corporate finance, or M&A advisory;
- Proven experience working with SMEs and an understanding of the unique challenges they face;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of building trust with senior-level stakeholders;
- Native or fluent German speaker with a deep understanding of German business culture;
- Willingness to travel across Germany to meet with clients;
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
