Your goal
You are an M&A professional with 3–4 years of experience, ready to move beyond pure execution and develop into an independent dealmaker. At Marktlink, you take on meaningful responsibility from day one and work towards building your own entrepreneurial track within 1–2 years. This ambition is deeply embedded in Marktlink’s DNA.
In this role, you will operate in a small, entrepreneurial team, working directly with the Partner. Rather than being one of many layers, you are close to decision-making and client interaction from the start. You will quickly take ownership of projects and, step by step, grow into leading transactions independently.
Your responsibilities
At Marktink no day is the same. As an M&A Manager you can broadly expect the following:
Performing company and market analyses
Preparing valuations and bid books
Meeting potential buyers and sellers
Actively approaching new buyers and sellers
Expanding and maintaining your (Marktlink) network
Preparing financing applications and solving financing issues
Taking increasing responsibility in leading transactions and client processes
