Join our growing HR team as a Learning Performance Lead!
 
Marktlink is growing, and so is our HR team. Currently, our HR team consists of 20 colleagues across the following departments: HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Policy & Rewards. You’ll work closely with our interim L&D specialist and take the lead in shaping the top dealmaking and investment banking academy in Europe.

Your responsibilities

As our Learning Performance Lead, you’ll drive the evolution of the Marktlink Academy into a sharp, high-impact, and business-critical growth engine. You’ll create and coordinate learning that makes our people faster, sharper, and more valuable in their roles. Whether they’re dealmakers, investors or part of our staff department.  

We don’t believe in generic L&D. You’ll own a unique, hands-on learning ecosystem that delivers performance and development, through real-world tools, short-form learning, peer content, and business-led interventions. Learning should be fun, valuable and not be feeling like a mandatory tick-the-box.  In this role, you are truly able to make an impact! 
  • Design & deliver performance-focused learning modules for all client-facing roles (deal sourcing, negotiation, financial analysis, etc.);
  • Design & deliver leadership & culture learning modules;
  • Build modules in diverse formats: short talks/podcasts, e-learning, toolkits, AI/interactive learning, video, field coaching, event-based learning;
  • Translate the entrepreneurial DNA of Marktlink into practical learning that builds our next generation of dealmakers and leaders;
  • Partner with deal captains, investment teams, and leaders to co-create content that truly reflects how we do business at Marktlink;
  • Own and evolve a structured but lean curriculum for each career stage: junior, mid-level and senior;
  • Introduce smart ways to track learning adoption and business impact;
  • Be the “product owner” of the ML Academy.

Your profile

  • Bachelor or master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field;
  • 3-5 years of L&D work experience in commercial/financial, high-performance, fast paced environments;
  • Great organization sensitivity and stakeholder management;
  • Track record in performance-driven learning;
  • Ability to translate complex business skills (also financials) into practical, engaging learning content;
  • Expertise and innovative in Instructional Design;
  • Experienced in culture & leadership development;
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced international environment;
  • Proactive, energetic, creative and innovative;
  • Communicative in Dutch and English;
  • Availability of 32-40 hours per week.
