Your goal
As a Junior Facility Coordinator, you will be part of our enthusiastic Facility Team. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and facilitating all (inter)national offices of Marktlink. As the point of contact for facility matters, you will have a positive and critical outlook, identifying areas for improvement and seeing opportunities to elevate our facility services. You will translate these insights into concrete plans and execute them independently, reporting to the Facility Manager.
Your responsibilities
- Efficient setup and optimal equipment of offices, including furniture and other facilities;
- Managing the appearance and uniformity of all Marktlink locations;
- Actively contributing to optimizing facility processes and procedures;
- Collaborating with colleagues in the Facility Team to achieve common goals;
- Executing facility projects and ensuring flawless implementation;
- Maintaining contacts with suppliers and external parties;
- Setting up FMIS (Facility Management Information System);
- Reporting to the Facility Manager and contributing to reports and evaluations.
Your profile
- A fun and well-coordinated team;
- You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level, preferably with a degree in facility management;
- You have some experience in a similar role;
- You are willing to travel to our international offices (Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom);
- You have excellent command of both Dutch and English;
- You have experience with MS Office;
- You are a hands-on, no-nonsense doer;
- You are decisive, communicative, and good at planning and organizing.
