Your goal

For our HR department, we are looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented HR Officer.

Do you have a few years of work experience and want to start or advance your career in HR? Then don't wait too long to apply!

As our HR Officer you will be responsible for a flawless HR administration. Next to that, you like to make processes more efficient, contribute ideas and roll up your sleeves to get things done. Your range of tasks will be broad and varied, ranging from drafting letters, and agreements, implementing adjustments in policy documents (multiple languages), HR administration, monthly reports, fleet management and helping colleagues (across Europe) with people-related questions.

In short, we are looking for someone organized, enthusiastic and fun who derives satisfaction from achieving success together.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, payroll-related queries);
  • Maintain and update monthly Payroll administration;
  • Provide support to employees by responding to questions directly or via Teams;
  • Maintain and update data within our HR-System (Personio);
  • Work on improving existing processes;
  • Be responsible for fleet management;
  • Support in preparing HR documents, (e.g. employment contracts, role change- and salary letters);
  • Share the responsibility for the maintenance of the HR mailbox;
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. employee surveys, onboarding, engagement);

Your profile

You have a proactive approach and find fulfillment in supporting colleagues. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Next to that we would like you to have:
  • HBO-level or higher level of education and thinking;
  • Fluently in the Dutch and English language;
  • Integrity and open-minded;
  • You show initiative and are a self-starter;
  • You have a positive, flexible and service-minded attitude;
  • Enthusiasm for all things related to HR;
  • Naturally align with competencies such as integrity, organizational sensitivity, results orientation, quality focus and initiative-taking.
