Marktlink is currently seeking a Front Office Support to join our Business Support Team in Den Bosch.
In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, facilitating employees with various requests, handling administrative tasks, and supporting other projects and initiatives as needed. You will also be responsible for ensuring the office is well-maintained and running smoothly by managing all the back office facilities including lunch, meeting rooms, parking, and more.

Your responsibilities
- Assist all colleagues in Den Bosch with questions or requests;
- Supports in administrative tasks with team Business Support;
- Supports other Marktlink projects and initiatives when needed;
- Handling the incoming and outgoing mail;
- Assists with copy and printing facilities;
- Maintenance, check cleanliness of the office, pantries and meeting rooms;
- Takes care of parking management;
- Managing meeting rooms and assisting events;
- Takes care of the lunch.
Your profile
- Secondary vocational education;
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills in a highly dynamic and challenging environment;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Hospitality is your second nature
- Available for around 20 hours a week (3/4 days) where Friday is fixed.
