Your goal
So, are you a skilled Finance Assistant with a great eye for details and a passion for both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable? Then don't wait too long to apply!
Your responsibilities
- Verify sales orders prepared by our international dealteams with the signed contracts;
- Prepare sales invoices and send reminders for sales invoices for all our international offices;
- Maintain strong relationships with the international dealteams to stay informed about the Accounts Receivable;
- Allocate purchase invoices for our Dutch entities to the right approval flow;
- Book purchase invoices for our Dutch entities;
- Prepare payments for our Dutch entities;
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to be on top of the Accounts Payables for our Dutch entities.
Your profile
- A degree in Administration, Accounting, or a related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in financial software, such as Exact Online;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Fluent in English and Dutch;
- Availability to work at least 24 hours a week including Monday and Wednesday.
