Your goal
Marktlink is growing, and so is our HR team. Currently, our HR team consists of 20 colleagues across the following departments: HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Policy & Rewards.
You’ll be joining the Policy & Rewards team in Amsterdam or Den Bosch. The team currently consists of a Policy & Rewards Manager and one Compensation & Benefits specialist, focusing on developing and managing competitive employee benefits in our fast growing international environment.
Your responsibilities
- Develop, structure, and implement comprehensive Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies tailored to our European branches;
- Keep up-to-date on market trends to design and refine competitive salary structures and reward programs;
- Participate and manage key C&B projects, such as benchmarking, job architecture updates, and the development of benefit plans and bonus policies;
- Translate relevant legislative changes into actionable updates for our policies;
- Assist in the establishment of new branches and market expansions by formulating localized C&B policies and processes;
- Communicate and present C&B policies effectively, providing training to ensure comprehension and adherence among stakeholders;
- Actively contribute to broader HR initiatives and projects, supporting the overall success of the organization.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration or related field;
- 3-5 years of C&B work experience;
- Great organization sensitivity and stakeholder management;
- At ease in a fast paced entrepreneurial minded organization;
- Experience in end-to-end implementing of C&B policies;
- Broad knowledge of total rewards: from designing and implementing compensation policies and salary structures;
- Confident managing multiple projects in line with the C&B strategy;
- Familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of various forms of compensation for retaining and attracting top talent;
- Comfortable in an international environment, balancing between different cultural contexts and legal frameworks.
- Proactive, energetic, pragmatic and analytical;
- Communicative in Dutch and English;
- Availability of 32-40 hours per week.
