Voor ons HR-team in Den Bosch zijn we op zoek naar een Compensation & Benefits stagiaire die mee gaat helpen met een breed pallet aan HR-taken.

Deze stage binnen Marktlink biedt een unieke kans om ervaring op te doen in Compensation & Benefits binnen HR. Als stagiair vervul je een ondersteunende en administratieve rol, waarbij je betrokken bent bij diverse taken en projecten gericht op arbeidsvoorwaarden en HR-beleid.
Your responsibilities
- Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van Compensation & Benefits beleid;
- Assisteren bij het analyseren van salarisstructuren en het benchmarken van arbeidsvoorwaarden;
- Ondersteunen van HR Business Partners bij projecten gericht op beloningsbeleid en employee benefits;
- Deelname aan verschillende HR-projecten, afgestemd op jouw interesses.
Your profile
- HRM HBO/WO en op zoek naar een uitdagende stage;
- Beschikbaar voor minimaal 4 dagen per week, voor periode van 5 maanden (meewerkstage);
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Je bent enthousiast, analytisch, servicegericht, proactief en flexibel.
