Your goal

For our HR team in Den Bosch, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits intern to support a wide range of HR tasks.

Are you looking for an internship in a dynamic HR department where growth and internationalization go hand-in-hand? Would you like to gain in-depth insights into the HR field? Are you analytical and enjoy variety in your work? Then we are looking for you!

This internship at Marktlink offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in Compensation & Benefits within HR. As an intern, you will take on a supportive and administrative role, where you will be involved in a variety of tasks and projects related to employee benefits and HR policy.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits policies.
  • Assisting in analysing salary structures and benchmarking employment conditions.
  • Supporting HR Business Partners with projects related to reward policies and employee benefits.
  • Participating in various HR projects, aligned with your interests.

Your profile

  • Studying HRM at a university of applied sciences (HBO) or academic (WO) level and looking for a challenging internship.
  • Available at least 4 days a week for a period of 5 months (working internship).
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Enthusiastic, analytical, service-oriented, proactive and flexible.
