We're actively looking for someone that can help coordinate and manage the schedules of our Partners and our commercial specialists. Ideally you will unburden our colleagues with effective time management and optimal calendar organization. Next to that, we expect you to coordinate internal and external team communications. You are socially empathetic, decisive and always find a solution for complex matters.
- Coordination and management of the schedules of our partners and commercial specialists;
- Calendar management for other colleagues within the team;
- Preparation of internal and external communications;
- Preparation of meetings (i.e. preparing slide decks);
- Diverse administrative support;
- Diverse marketing and community management activities;
- Ad hoc support where needed (HR/Recruitment/Events etc.).
Ideally, you are someone who grabs the phone and get things done. Next to that we would like you to have:
- Prior experience in a role as Executive Assistant or Management Assistant;
- Exceptional communication skills. You can easily adapt to your conversation partner;
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience in organizing events is very welcome;
- You are a Dutch native speaker and have a strong command of the English language.
