For our growing HR department, we are looking for an HR Business Partner DACH. We're open to colleagues that can work from one of our Dutch, German or Swiss offices.
Your goal
In our expanding HR team, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for the DACH region. This role will provide support to our offices in Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Munich, and Zurich and more to come. Do you have the ability to empower both employees and the organization? Our HR Business Partner will actively execute the HR yearly plan and related initiatives to achieve strategic objectives in our German and Swiss offices. Serving as a sparring partner for employees and partners this role is an integral part of the HR team. While each HR Business Partner has specific projects and focus areas, collaboration and complementing each other's efforts are essential within our team.
In the initial phase, the focus will primarily be on recruiting, establishing four new locations, and supporting employees in all HR matters. You will receive support from our HR team in the Netherlands. If you're ready to make a significant impact, then don't wait too long to apply!
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will report to the CHRO in the Netherlands and take on the following tasks:
- Responsibility for the entire recruiting strategy in Germany and Switzerland to ensure sustainable growth of the company;
- Responsibility for further growth of the German and Swiss locations (approximately 25 employees per location within 4-5 years);
- Responsibility for all HR work in Germany and Switzerland, including personnel and labor law matters;
- Collaborating on HR projects with the Dutch team;
- Proactively anticipating internal and external developments, providing both solicited and unsolicited advice;
- Promoting the HR policy actively and maintaining visibility within the organization;
- Building and nurturing internal and external networks.
- Regular travel to your lovely German and Swiss colleagues in Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and Zurich.
Job requirements
Your profile
You have a proactive approach and find fulfillment in supporting colleagues. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Next to that we would like you to have:
- HBO-level education and thinking
- Fluency in German & English;
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience as HR BP;
- A proactive attitude, adeptness at task-switching and a commitment to supporting colleagues;
- Strong analytical skills, a keen eye for figures, and effective communication abilities;
- Enthusiasm for all things related to HR;
- Naturally align with competencies such as integrity, organizational sensitivity, results orientation, quality focus, initiative-taking, coaching, and judgment;
- Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week;
- Easy accessibility to our offices in Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Munich, and Zurich.
